2 slices (1/2 inch thick) country slices hearty roast bread4 Turkey breast1 slice crostini cheese2 TSP butter4 teaspoons Strawberry preservesHeat a small skillet over medium heat. Butter one side of each of the slices of bread with a teaspoon of butter. Place a slice, butter down, into the pan. Garnish with slices of Turkey and cheese. Place the second slice of bread on top, butter side. When the first side of the sandwich is Brown golden, turn and brown the other side, 3 to 5 minutes on each side, or until cheese starts to melt. Delete the sandwich to a plate and garnish with Strawberry Jam or use the canned on the side.
