This recipe averages a 4.1 star rating. reviews» this is a great base to start with when you don't have a lot of my doctored this side, with stuff I scrounged up in cabinets: it started with 2 huge frozen solid outside bone in pork chops coated mount, each with Onion soup mix, got to the Sauerkraut, add a little mustard, threw on some Seeds of cumin and placed over pork chops. cut up a couple of apples and place it on top, is poured beer bottle and relatively low for 8 hours, it was so tender and really yummy, we liked. Probably could have used just a littel more juice but no complaint. I find many items are therefore really overcooked competitions but with the slow cooker, so I'm away 10 hours or more. Thus Find using frozen meat elimiated need to thaw and prevent full dismantling of meat when cut. It was still extremely tender and bones just fell out-I anotato do it again!!
