1 (3 pound) under roastsalt and Pepper round to taste2 medium baking potatoes, carrots, cut into quartered4 thirds1 (1 ounce) envelope dried Onion Soup mix1 Cup waterSeason the roast with salt and pepper and place it at the bottom of a slow cooker. Half of Onion soup mix sprinkle over it and pour half of the water. Put in potatoes, followed by carrots. Season with the remaining mixture of soup and then pour in the rest of the water.
