Like everyone else, I used was on-hand-frozen corn, black beans, canned, tomatos, and minute rice (by the way, this reduces the cooking time too!) and stuffed chili powder Added and add chicken broth to be more liquid. Served with cheese quesadillas-weekday very easy and fast food. I ended with great mixture of tomato/soya/rice/corn, froze some for next year-which will make it even that much faster! Thanks for a great idea! Was this review helpful? [YES]

I added stuffed with 1 t., 1 t. chili powder, 1 t. chipotle chili powder, and it was wonderful (also added 4 cut green onions)! Served with cheese quesadillas on the side ... yummy! Edited to add: I made this recipe again, this time adding a little more rice, a cup of rare 3/4, and was even better! With only 1/2 cup rice got a little lost in the mix. Was this review helpful?
