WATASHI from use, especially in winter, when the outdoor grill is out of bounds. It is fantastic. For those of you who may not know the difference, "country style ribs" refers to the cut of meat is not how to prepare. There are three types of "ribs". Also derived from the belly, back baby from the frame and country style ribs not actually have been detached from the end of the blade of the frame. Country style ribs are by far and away more meat and very little if any bones. And that is exactly the extra celery and meat to cook so long. If you have tried this and the meat was too dry, you probably the wrong cut. If you are dead certain you've used the proper cut, perhaps you can try a simple light to moderate salting solution for 12-24 hours. But I've never let me this method. And do not reserve for Barbecue. Use with any sauce you like ... cranberry, marinaded Asia, etc. .. The important component of this method is the right cut of meat. Was this review helpful? [YES]

okay, can you say ...Y-U-M?!?!?!?!?!?!?! These ribs were absolutely delicious! My local store had ribs and pork country style on sale, so your recommendation to my freezer and boy I'm glad I did and now I have this great recipe!!! My husband absolutely love them as well! Instead of just the ribs with Barbecue sauce poured over them (which isn't a bad thing!), offers meat had this subtle taste of garlic and lemon are all over it! I used a large non-stick pan, so each rib wasn't moving. I rubbed them generously with Turkey, salt and minced garlic again (from the jar, you must love convenience) everywhere. I was using about 3 or 4 lemons and lemon slices that are layed covered completely the ribs. In the oven at 250 for about 2 and a 1/2 hours, and then took OFF the lemon, head country Bbq sauce poured over (the absolute BEST!) all and baked for a little over an hour at 225 degrees. It is not possible to say how delicious they were, and I am very much looking forward to leftovers tonight! This is now the only way I would prepare pork ribs! Oh, and be sure and serve a small amount of extra Bbq sauce warmed up on the side ... especially if you love it as much as I do!!! Was this review helpful? [YES]
