Steaks and chops: delicious burgers Ahi fish with chives. Submitted by: HAPALYSSA

fresh tuna steaks 1 book, minced1, grated1/2 cup onion, chopped1/2 cup chopped fresh carrot chives2 eggs1/3 cup panko crumbs or salt of mayonnaisegarlic breadcrumbs1 tbsp tastefreshly ground black pepper to taste1 tbsp olive in a large bowl, mix tuna, carrot, onion, Chive, egg, panko crumbs and mayonnaise. Season with salt, garlic and black pepper. Form wafers. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Organize wafers in the NAP (only as many as will easily integrate into the pan). Cook, uncovered, 10 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Amount per serving  Calories: 253.
