Pesto recipes: Pesto scrambled eggs. Submitted by: SOPHIAWADE

Egg of vegetables mazout1 1 tbsp, lightly beaten1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheesesalt and taste1/2 tsp pepper pestoHeat oil in a skillet over medium heat. In a small bowl, mix eggs, Cheddar cheese, salt and pepper. Pour into the pan and Cook, stirring for 3 to 5 minutes or until desired doneness. Remove from heat and stir in the pesto.
