1 pound ground beef 1 por garlic1 tbsp minced teaspoons sauce steak a-(e.g. 1), or tastePreheat a barbecue in the open air at high temperature. In a bowl of size medium, mix beef, egg and the garlic. Mix sauce steak until the mixture is sticky sensation. Train 3 or 4 balls and flatten into patties. Grill for about 10 minutes, returning once, or to your desired degree of cooking. The internal temperature should be at 180 degrees F (82 degrees C) with a meat thermometer. Serve on the usual bread with trimmings. Amount per serving  Calories: 375.
