1 Green bell pepper, and has been seeded, roughly medium Onion cubed1 chopped3 small stalks celery1 1/4 pound ground beef1 pound mild pork sausage1 cups 1/2 cracking crumbs1 (1 ounce) folder dry Onion soup spoon tea mix1/4 salt1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper1/2 teaspoon dried sage1 cups 1/2 Cup milk1/2 ketchupPreheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a food processor or blender, combine bell pepper, onion and celery. Process until finely chopped, but not liquids. Transfer a large bowl. Add ground beef, ground pork, cracker crumbs, onion soup mix, salt, pepper, Sage and milk. Mix thoroughly, using your hands, or if you have a stand mixer, mix using the paddle attachment. Transport in a pan loaf 9 x 5 inches and form into a loaf, mounding centered. Cover with a generous layer of ketchup. Bake for 1 1/2 hours in the oven preheated. Serve hot. Refrigerate leftovers, slice and serve cold in Sandwiches.
